 I understand my membership is subject to the approval of WASDA’s Executive Board. I certify that I have reviewed Article IV, Section 4.01.1 of WASDA’s bylaws which is reprinted on this application and that my firm meets the requirements for associate membership. If admitted to membership, I will observe all provisions of the Association Articles of Incorporation and its Bylaws and will pay all application fees, dues and assessments.

Annual Membership Dues = $1,000 per member. Each separate company, division, or billing entity must be a separate member.

Membership Eligibility

To be eligible for membership in WASDA, a company must meet all of the following qualifications:

  • Be a corporation, partnership, individual proprietorship, or other manufacturing business (or a subsidiary, affiliate, or division of same).
  • Have offices in the United States of America or Canada.
  • Engaged as a significant part of its business in the manufacturing of products for sale through distribution for use in water systems, wastewater systems, and storm water drainage.

Submission of a membership application does not guarantee membership; a member of the WASDA Management Team will contact you
once your membership is approved.

WASDA BYLAWS - ARTICLE IV

Section 4.01.1. Associate Members. The Associate Members of this Corporation are those entities admitted as Associate Members by the Board of Directors and having rights of Associate Members in accordance with the provisions of these Bylaws. Firms, corporations, partnerships, individual proprietorships and other types of manufacturing businesses who have offices located in the United States or Canada that are engaged as a significant part of their business in the manufacturing of waterworks, sewer or storm drain pipes, valves, meters, fittings and accessories for sale through distribution are eligible to be Associate Members. These members of the Corporation shall be referred to in the Bylaws as Associate Members. Associate Members shall not be eligible to vote in the affairs of the Corporation, except to elect an Associate Director (as hereinafter defined) at a time, place, and manner as the Board of Directors may determine.”
