Advance Registration Fees: By January 19, 2018

Full refunds will be given only when written cancellations reach the Headquarters office by Friday, January 26th, 2018. There will be a $50 processing fee for all refunds. Refunds after Friday, January 26th, 2018, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds cannot be made for net amounts under $10. Please note that refunds may take up to 90 days following the meeting to be issued. It is your responsibility to cancel hotel room reservations.
