Who can attend the 2018 Annual Meeting?

Members of WASDA and approved prospective members. If you are a prospective member, please visit this page for more information.

Is there a fee to attend?

Yes, each attendee must be registered to attend. See the registration page for details.

What happens if my plans change but I am already registered?

You may transfer your registration to someone else in your company. Please email us to make this change and provide the name and full contact information for the person who will attend.

If you wish to cancel your registration and it is before January 26, 2018, email WASDA. Refunds less a $50 processing fee will be processed after the meeting.

If you wish to cancel your registration and it is after January 26, 2018, email WASDA. Refunds will be provided on a case by case basis in light of exceptional circumstances but are not guaranteed after January 26.

For general registration questions including technical assistance with online registration or changes to your registration, please call our registration department at 215-320-3882 and select option 2 or email us.

For questions regarding hotel accommodations, contact Kate Ho via email or by calling 215-320-3882 and select option 3.

For questions regarding attendance as a prospective member, joining WASDA or the Future Leaders Council, please contact WASDA Headquarters via email or by calling 215-320-3882.
